HCLTech and Talents of Endearment (TalEn) have announced a partnership to develop an AI-powered learning and development framework designed to help professionals and organisations adapt and thrive in an AI-driven world.
Dubai-based Talents of Endearment, a global online platform, provides consulting, workshops and learning programmes that empower companies to achieve sustainable growth and positive social impact.
The initiative, which brings together HCLTech’s global technology expertise and TalEn’s regional experience in education and recruitment, will create personalised learning paths for the modern workforce.
The framework aims to equip employees with future-ready skills through a range of offerings, including hiring and assessment tools, role-based upskilling programmes, technology courses for non-technical professionals, masterclasses for business leaders, AI-led learning products and finishing schools for graduates.
The programmes are scheduled to roll out in the region beginning in the third quarter of FY26, according to an official release.
